More about the artwork

Stay wild! is a piece through which I seek to encourage women to remain faithful to their essence—to protect their instinct, their courage, and their inner freedom. It speaks about resisting domestication: the kind imposed by fear, expectations, or external rules that slowly soften our edges. This work is an affirmation of strength that exists beyond approval.

The pink cheetah stands as the central figure, chosen deliberately for what it represents. As one of the fastest and most agile animals, the cheetah embodies independence, focus, and determination. It moves with precision and confidence, trusting its instincts fully. These are qualities I deeply admire in women who choose to move forward on their own terms.

The use of pink is intentional and symbolic. Traditionally associated with softness and delicacy, here it is reclaimed as a color of power. I wanted to challenge the idea that femininity and strength exist in opposition. In this piece, pink becomes fierce, unapologetic, and commanding—proof that tenderness and intensity can coexist without contradiction.

The cheetah’s gaze is direct and alert, meeting the viewer without hesitation. Its posture suggests movement, readiness, and purpose. It represents that internal state we all recognize: the moment when instinct overrides doubt, when clarity replaces hesitation, and when confidence comes from within rather than from validation.

This work is also about remembering who we were before the world began to shape us. Before expectations, before rules, before we learned to shrink or soften ourselves. Stay Wild! is a reminder that our truest nature is not something we need to invent—it is something we need to reclaim.

There is no aggression in this wildness, only authenticity. To be wild is not to be chaotic or reckless, but to be honest, instinctive, and free. It is about trusting your own rhythm, honoring your desires, and allowing yourself to exist without apology.

Stay wild! is a declaration. It invites women to move forward with confidence, to protect their instincts, and to refuse the cages placed around them—visible or invisible. Strength lives in self-trust, and freedom begins the moment we decide to honor it.

Wild does not mean untamed. It means loyal to your instinct, fearless in your movement, and unapologetic in your truth.”
